1) Plan your day. Defining a good schedule of activities will allow you to prioritize with certainty and advance in the most relevant things; what is not important and not urgent is not worth the time.
2) Prioritize. It is quite common to think that you have more things to do than the hours you have in the day, so prioritizing activities ensures that the most important tasks do not remain unsolved.
3) Learn to say “no”. Of all the activities, how many are generated by oneself and how many are the product of having said yes to a friend? It is advisable to avoid inconsequential problems and know how to say no.
4) Finish what you start. Whenever you start a task, make sure your mind is set on completing it before starting another.
